- The Branch Head will oversee branch-level sales, operations, and team management.
- This role focuses on driving business targets, ensuring compliance, and providing superior customer service while leading the branch team toward consistent growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily branch operations including sales, back-office, and customer service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for financial products like FDs/NCDs, lockers, mutual funds, and insurance.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow customer base and revenue.
- Support HNI client relationship building and cross-selling initiatives.
- Ensure timely credit approvals, collections, and maintenance of portfolio quality.
- Conduct team training, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain compliance with RBI/SEBI regulations and internal audit standards.
- Track sales performance, client feedback, and maintain accurate MIS reports.
- Promote branch visibility through marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure a superior customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial product sales, with 2+ years in team management.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, customer engagement, and financial compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and credit processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
- Customer-focused approach with high ethical standards
