RMD- Brand Head

Jaipur and Gurugram

Responsible for achieving circulation targets of Jaipur Branch through planning and executing promotional & sales activities. Managing overall RMD branch operations Sales, mailroom, logistics, commercial through close coordination with other verticals of Jaipur branch.

Duties and responsibilities:


- Primary role is to ensure circulation target achievement through demand generation and customer acquisition from various channels Household , OOH Airlines, Airport, Railways, Travelers, Hotel, Hospital, Education Institute, Retail & service sector etc.


- Would manage the Bhopal circulation sales team , assign them sales target, assist & guide them to achieve their individual target, coach and mentor them in their career progress

- He would have to maintain healthy pipeline (Funnel) to ensure that he achieves his sales target for the month / quarter

- He would be responsible for ensuring timely collection of dealers outstanding. He is expected to resolve any customer issues to ensure smooth business continuation.

- Trade relationship and handling of trade issues. Keeping a track on unsolds and market hygiene

- Interaction and relationship building with other functions/verticals of BCCL of the branch Production, Editorial and Response team.

- Conducting ABC certifications of all TOI publications.

Qualifications:


- Graduated with MBA in Sales & Marketing

- Work Experience 8 12 years, primarily into sales and distribution. At least 5 years in managerial roles handling large sales team.

- Sales acquisition skills would be the key to success

- Good analytical & presentation skills would help him get better success

- Ability to drive and motivate team members to achieve individual goals

- Ability to relate / approach senior people without fear would be key to his success

- Suitable commercial and logistic skills

- Excellent negotiation skills to ensure win- win for the co. & customer.

- A team player who can work with cross functional teams to ensure achieve his target

- Ability to overcome hurdles in sales acquisition process by calling for help internally from the organization

- Person constantly striving & thriving for making mark for himself in the organization

- High degree of self confidence

- Customer Focus, Innovative & Lateral thinking, Effective Communication & Self Driven
