Role Overview:
- Lead overall branch operations, sales performance, and profitability
- Drive business growth through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and operational excellence
- Strengthen B2B and B2C relationships in premium retail environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations including sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Ensure adherence to display standards, stock availability, and showroom presentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for procurement, delivery, and installations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs related to billing, security, logistics, and customer handling
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales executives, showroom staff, and support teams
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, lighting solutions, and consultative selling
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and expand B2B and B2C business with designers, architects, contractors, builders, and walk-in customers
- Monitor customer experience and ensure high service quality standards
- Track sales metrics including footfall, conversion ratios, and customer demographics
- Manage branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives
- Prepare sales, operations, and performance reports for management review

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of experience in branch or showroom management
- Background in lighting, home furnishings, paints, ceramics, or premium retail
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and branch operations
Skill Sets:
- Strong sales, customer relationship, and negotiation skills
- Leadership capability to manage cross-functional retail teams
- Sound understanding of visual merchandising and showroom operations
