- Responsible for retail sales through distribution channel of the defined for entire Tamilnadu

- Sales: as per assigned budget - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary

- Collections: as per company commercial norms

Productivity:

- TIC productivity as per preset norms

- ISP's productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs in EC.

- Town productivity/dealer productivity as per prescribed norms.

Expansion:

- Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV.

- To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.
