Branch Head - Fans Division

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head - Fan Division to lead and drive business growth in the Gujarat. If you have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales within the electrical or consumer durable industry, we would love to hear from you!

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch sales and achieve targets for the Fans category

- Manage distributor and dealer networks across the assigned territory

- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team

- Identify market opportunities and expand retail coverage

- Monitor primary & secondary sales performance and ensure healthy inventory levels

- Execute market activation initiatives, dealer meets, and promotional activities

- Track competitor activity and implement strategies to increase market share

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in sales within consumer electricals / consumer durables

- Strong experience in distributor and channel management

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

- Excellent market understanding of the Ahmedabad / Gujarat region

- MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
