Key Requirements:
- 10 + years Experience in driving and growing a Business.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Apply extensive functional and business expertise to meticulously chart out a visionary long-term strategy, aligning it seamlessly with the overarching organizational goals.
- Act as an organization-wide leader, actively contributing to and shaping the company's overarching business strategy while driving tangible business results.
Business Growth and Expansion:
- Report progress directly to Founders and the Board, providing transparent insights into the Business contributions and aligning strategies with organizational success.
- Take a holistic, cross-organizational view of challenges, approving impactful solutions that have far-reaching effects on the company's business landscape.
- Use strategic leadership to drive tangible business results, contributing significantly to the organization's overall growth and expansion.
Team Management and Development:
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse and talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and direct comprehensive activities for a large and strategic function, making decisive people-related decisions and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Drive results by influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders across organizational leadership, fostering a collaborative environment for effective implementation.
