Primary Responsibility:
Branch Manager:
Branch Operations & Administration:
- Oversee daily functioning of the branch including sales, operations, lending, service, security, and compliance.
Sales & Business Development:
- Create and monitor annual/monthly sales plans.
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and track team productivity.
- Ensure 3-product cross-sell per new customer in 90 days.
- Track business metrics (FDs, lockers, account closures, etc.)
- Monitor and guide branch team (BSMs, BOMs, JOs) regularly.
Customer Service:
- Visit 10 top customers weekly.
- Organize monthly customer events.
- Ensure lobby management and staff availability during peak hours.
- Promote first-contact resolution culture.
- Use internal tools to resolve queries efficiently.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Daily/weekly/monthly checks (exception reports, registers, KYC, audit responses).
- Regular verification of cash, keys, assets, and compliance documents.
- Monitor fraud indicators and long-pending entries.
- Train staff on risk awareness and regulatory norms.
Branch Profitability:
- Grow CASA, FD, loan book, and third-party product sales.
- Optimize branch expenses.
- Activate relevant desks (e.g., loans, wealth) based on local potential.
Brand & Infrastructure Management:
- Daily inspection of signage, lobby, ATM area, staff appearance.
- Ensure functioning of IT equipment, ACs, and other infra.
- Maintain cleanliness and decor as per brand standards.
