We are hiring for one of our client a Registrar And Transfer Agent , Based in Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth, revenue generation, and profitability of the branch through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Acquire listed and unlisted companies for admission of ISINs with Depositories and promote additional services such as E-Voting, IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, and related capital market products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple product lines to expand the companys client base.
- Develop and execute the branchs sales and marketing strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Achieve branch sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds performance metrics.
- Monitor individual and team productivity, provide coaching, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Manage branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and timely reporting to Head Office.
- Maximize fee income through cross-selling, upselling, and effective cost management practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports on sales performance, new client acquisitions, revenue, and operational activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring superior customer experience through regular engagement and service excellence.
- Prepare sales contracts and proposals, ensuring adherence to ISO and company guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, SEBI updates, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Ensure security and maintenance of all branch assets and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely revenue realization.
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery and business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, branch operations, or capital market services.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, depository operations, ISIN management, and corporate actions.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software (MIS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and related compliance frameworks is preferred.
