We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to oversee our banking operations across key locations in Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of comprehensive branch banking experience, encompassing sales, audit, and operations. You will be responsible for driving overall branch performance, leading sales and customer acquisition, ensuring strict compliance, and effectively managing branch staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.

- Drive aggressive sales and customer acquisition strategies to achieve business targets.

- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, maintain audit readiness, and facilitate smooth banking transactions.

- Lead, motivate, train, and support branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Oversee customer service quality and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to minimize risks.

- Prepare and present reports on branch performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of mandatory experience in branch banking, covering sales, audit, and operations.

- Proven experience in branch banking or leadership roles.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.

- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
