Position - Branch Customer Marketing Manager East
Reporting to: Branch Head East & Head Customer Marketing
Base Location Kolkata
Role Purpose:
To drive the execution of national customer marketing programs at the branch level, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing trade investment ROI.
The role acts as a critical link between central marketing and branch operations, enabling effective last-mile execution, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver business growth.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Financial Ensure optimal utilization of Trade Investment budgets within approved limits.
- Maximize ROI on trade spends through effective planning, execution, and post-program evaluation.
- Monitor and report financial performance of customer marketing initiatives at the branch level.
- Support commercial teams in aligning marketing investments with revenue targets.
- Customer Champion the voice of the branch to central marketing, advocating for region-specific opportunities.
- Drive execution of customer-centric programs to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with ASM teams to ensure high-impact activation across channels and geographies.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform program design and execution.
- People Build strong working relationships with field teams to foster a culture of execution excellence.
- Influence and align ross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to deliver marketing agendas.
- Provide guidance and support to ASM teams on program implementation and performance tracking.
- Promote a proactive and collaborative work environment within the branch.
- Process Anchor national marketing initiatives and ensure timely, consistent execution across the branch.
- Develop and implement processes for tracking program effectiveness and ROI.
- Leverage sales technology tools to streamline execution and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance related to trade investments and activations.
