Job Title: Branch Credit Manager (BCM)

Location: Davangere, Chitradurga, Shivamogga, Hospet, Kustagi, Vijayapura - North Karnataka

Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager

Experience: 3 to 5 Years in Credit - LAP / Micro LAP

Job Description

Functional Responsibilities:

- Oversee the credit granting process, maintaining credit policy and conducting periodic reviews of existing customers.

- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers.

- Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulatory guidelines.

- Approve or reject loan applications based on assessment and available data.

- Set appropriate loan limits for customers.

- Negotiate loan terms with new clients.

- Maintain records of all company loans and credit transactions.

- Monitor loan repayments and identify delinquent accounts.

- Review and update internal credit policies regularly.

Functional Competencies:

- Strong analytical and financial assessment skills.

- Proficient in creating and processing financial spreadsheets.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Quick learner with strong adaptability.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in English and Kannada preferred
