Description:


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.


- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.


- Understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions (web, mobile, eCommerce, or custom software).


- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.


- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to create proposals, quotations, and project timelines.


- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.


- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors/master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.


- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT services).


- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales deals.


- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly solutions.


- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms.
