Bradsol is looking for a dynamic IT Sales Specialist to manage and grow strategic accounts while acquiring new logos. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving profitable growth, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery.


You will also be responsible for prospecting new leads, nurturing them, and converting them into loyal customers.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage and grow strategic accounts across multiple geographies, ensuring financial health and client satisfaction.


- Develop and execute organic growth strategies through vision setting, account planning, and identification of key growth opportunities.


- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, including CIOs, VPs, and Directors.


- Prospect, nurture, and convert new leads into revenue-generating customers.


- Present proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and provide consultative sales guidance.


- Collaborate across service lines and internal teams to anchor solutions for clients.


- Drive cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.


- Monitor revenue, bookings, and operational metrics (OM) to meet or exceed targets.


- Support resolution of people management issues within internal teams if needed.


- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT services, delivery methodologies, and global delivery models.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.


- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT services sales within Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.


- Proven experience managing multi-million USD or UAE accounts across multiple geographies.


- Strong knowledge of global delivery models (GDM) and ability to cross-sell various service lines.


- Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.


- Experience in delivery, pre-sales, or sales roles is preferred.


- Strong account management skills, building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.
