We are seeking a Head of BPO-a senior, strategic, P&L-driven leader-to command and scale our worldwide contact centre operations and drive aggressive growth.
The role requires a minimum of 15+ years of experience, successfully managing a global delivery portfolio exceeding $100 million.
Essential Requirements:
- Deep sales and business development background.
- Proven history of overseeing multi-site contact centres across diverse international markets, with mandatory expertise in India and key hubs (e.g., Philippines, US, Europe).
- Non-negotiable domain expertise in the TTLH (Travel, Transport, Logistics, and Hospitality) sectors.
Core Responsibilities
- P&L & Strategy: Full P&L ownership; Exceed financial targets; Design and execute global strategy for revenue growth; Serve as primary Executive Liaison for clients and senior leadership.
- Sales & Growth: Drive high-impact market penetration and secure high-value contracts; Champion new business acquisition; Utilize TTLH expertise to close complex deals.
- Operations & Talent: Directly oversee performance and efficiency across all international sites; Implement operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma) and technology (AI/CRM); Cultivate a high-performing global team.
Required Profile
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive BPO industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior P&L leadership role.
- Proven management of a global delivery portfolio exceeding $100 million in annual value.
- Demonstrated success overseeing multiple international contact centers, with specific experience in India and other key regions.
