COO/Senior Compliance/Operations position in Offshore Fund and AIF Experience: 7-20 years of Compliance/Operations prior experience in India domiciled Mauritius Funds and/or AIF. Depending on the experience the person could start as a COO or over the years get promoted to this role. Job Description: - Coordinating compliance, operations, and account functions with external compliance, operations, and accounts firms and as well as other service providers. - Assisting and coordinating with institutional investors and third-party marketing firms for ODD, data rooms, side letters. - Setting up of new Fund structures such as in Gift City, AIF, Cayman if required. - Advising on compliance policies, manuals, and other best practices, updating on regulatory requirements. - Approval of NAV's, updating presentations, letters, performance updates of the Fund. - Coordinating with external service providers for approval of accounts. Education: CA/CS/MBA Fund Profile: Bowhead India Fund is a long only offshore fund investing in a concentrated portfolio 15-20 companies with medium term to long-term view (2 years to 5 years). The Fund manages money for institutional investors. The Fund has one of the better track records with 50 pec annualized gross returns in INR since its inception in Dec 2019.
