Senior Business Systems Analyst Salesforce (Lead to Cash)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce domain expertise to join our Lead-to-Cash team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with hands-on exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Cash processes including CPQ and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). This is a client-facing role requiring someone who can independently engage with business stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, drive solution discussions, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and story refinement sessions.

- Create business process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.

- Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Drive UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-offs.

- Demonstrate completed functionality to stakeholders and gather feedback.

- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively and communicate them effectively.

- Act as the functional bridge between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience working as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Owner.

- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Cash business processes.

- Salesforce CPQ.

- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

- Quote-to-Cash / Order Management.

- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.

- Expertise in:

1. Requirement gathering.

2. Requirement analysis.

3. Business process mapping.

4. User story creation.

5. Functional documentation (BRDs/FSDs).

6. Acceptance criteria definition.

- Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Ability to independently work with client stakeholders and business leadership.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving discussions independently.

- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.

- Prior experience in Product Owner or Functional Lead responsibilities.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

- Salesforce Business Analyst or related Salesforce certifications are a plus.

- Exposure to Agentforce or AI capabilities within Salesforce is an advantage.

- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift, once shift part gets over then normal Hybrid, work from home is also available.
