Description:

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

- Construct clear, concise communication for internal and external stakeholders to establish objectives, expectations, and timelines.

- Assist in developing, analyzing, and communicating monthly utilization reports to competency leads, Talent & Culture teams, CFO, and other leadership parties.

- Resolve issues regarding under or over allocation of staff members.

- Process Leadership

- Lead weekly staffing calls and facilitate resolution of resourcing issues.

- Ensure alignment between project demands, client expectations, and team capacity.

- Continuously improve resource management processes for efficiency and clarity.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience & Education:

- [3 - 6] years of experience in resource management, project coordination, or talent allocation roles.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Strong understanding of resource planning, workforce management, and project staffing.

- Experience with workforce planning tools or ERP systems is a plus.

- Ability to analyze and report on utilization, allocation, and capacity metrics.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving staffing issues.

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
