Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and drive key initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, offline channel sales, logistics, and D2C growth. The ideal candidate combines operational acumen with strong exposure to offline distribution, retail expansion, and GT/MT/retail partner management. This person must be comfortable managing cross-functional programs in a fast-scaling ecosystem, ensuring execution excellence across both digital and physical sales networks.
You will be responsible for driving operational rigor, optimizing processes, enabling offline channel efficiency, and managing a small team to deliver on ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Program Execution
Oversee multiple strategic and operational programs across Manufacturing, SCM, Logistics, Product, D2C, and Offline Sales functions.
Build strong cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth execution of initiatives across online and retail channels.
2. Drive Offline Channel Growth
Partner with the Offline Sales team to enable store launches, distributor onboarding, GT/MT expansion, and retail execution excellence.
Work closely with regional sales leaders to improve supply availability, replenishment cycles, in-store deployment, and channel partner experience.
Identify operational gaps in offline distribution and define interventions to scale smoothly.
3. Drive D2C Growth
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve fulfillment, delivery speed, and customer experience for direct-to-consumer channels.
4. Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a small team of Associate Program Managers and Analysts to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
5. Operational Excellence
Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure alignment across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
Build scalable systems to support large-scale offline and online expansion.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze performance metrics, operations data, channel sell-through data, and dashboards to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across offline networks.
7. Stakeholder Management
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholdersincluding vendors, logistics partners, distributors, and retail partnersto ensure timely delivery of goals.
8. Program Governance
Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report progress to leadership through structured reviews and presentations.
9. Continuous Improvement
Champion automation, tool adoption, and process innovation across operations, sales operations, and channel management.
10. Special Projects
Lead cross-functional projects aligned with business priorities such as new product launches, offline entry into new regions, retail expansion, or supply chain revamps.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech (Tier-1); MBA (Tier-1)
- Experience: 3 - 7 years in operations, program/project management, supply chain, offline channel sales, manufacturing, or D2C businesses
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with ERP systems, IT tools, CRM/SFA or automation initiatives is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes under tight timelines
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic operator with strong execution discipline
- Experience or deep understanding of offline sales operations GT, MT, distributor management, retail operations, or channel expansion
- High ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
- Adept at using data to drive insights and business decisions
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and aligning them toward a common goal
- Prior experience in consumer electronics, D2C, retail, or tech-driven supply chain is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, and obsessed with customer experience
