Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our Program team, which drives initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and special projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operationally intensive environments, has strong analytical thinking, and is passionate about driving efficiency and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Logistics, SCM, Product, etc.) to drive program execution and operational improvements
- Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics for ongoing projects
- Analyze data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support the development and rollout of new operational initiatives and tools
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality deliveries
- Manage special projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Continuously evaluate process effectiveness and suggest optimization strategies
Qualifications:
- B.Tech (required); BTech + MBA (preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in operations, tech sales, supply chain, manufacturing, or IT project/program roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Exposure to tools like SQL, Python, or ERP systems is a plus
- Experience or understanding of IT systems and tools is a plus
- Ability to work with ambiguity, solve problems independently, and take ownership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
