Role Overview: As our SMO Specialist, youll be the architect of organic growth across our social media platforms. You'll take amazing visual content like behind-the-scenes videos, show highlights, and sneak peeks of upcoming projects and optimize it to reach more people, generate engagement, and strengthen our brand's voice in the digital space. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for searchability, engagement, and aesthetic consistency. - Implement and refine strategies to boost organic reach, audience growth, and post engagement. - Analyze platform insights and trends to recommend post timing, hashtags, formats, and content direction. - Collaborate with videographers, designers, and the content team to ensure each piece of content is tailored for peak platform performance. - Monitor performance analytics and KPIs (engagement, reach, shares, saves, etc.) and provide regular insights and reports. - Research and incorporate emerging social media trends in tech, events, entertainment, and visual storytelling. - Participate in planning and execution of social campaigns and calendar alignment with live events and launches. - Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and help foster a community around drone art and innovation. Requirements: - 2+ years in a Social Media Optimization, Social Media Strategy, or Digital Marketing role. - Proven success optimizing content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. - Strong understanding of content performance metrics, algorithms, and audience behavior. - Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. - Creative flair and passion for visual media (bonus if you love drones or event tech!). - Strong communication and copywriting skills. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. Bonus Points For: - Experience in tech, events, entertainment, or visual arts industries. - Basic video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc. - Familiarity with UTM tracking, Google Analytics, or paid ad optimization.
