You'll work in partnership with an interdisciplinary regional HR team, blending 'hands-on' day-to-day operational human resources work with strategic consulting. - The APAC Human Resources Senior Manager is responsible for working with work with leadership and providing guidance in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, legal risk mitigation/compliance, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development in conjunction with local and regional HR teams. HR Manager to the Business Services team : - Working closely with the Regional HR Leadership Team in APAC and local office HR teams to provide expert HR advice to the functional line managers including coaching, performance management, career development, learning & development and employee relations matters, including performance issues and grievances where applicable. - Planning, coordinating, and assisting with analysis and presentations for management, executive meetings and staff engagement sessions. - Providing HR metrics. This may include attrition, learning and development feedback scores, performance scores, and exit interview analysis. Performance Management : - Owning the annual Performance and Development Process for BST X in APAC to achieve high levels of engagement and high-quality review milestones. - Acting as thought partner to BCG X APAC BST Managers and employees throughout the annual PDG process. - Acting as systems expect to provide best practice guidance, and drive efficiencies, engagement with the system, and advice to users. - Providing training and ongoing support to new and existing system users. Act as main point of contact for all local users - BST X Global functional HR Business Partnering for BST People & Development Compensation and Reward: - Involvement in the compensation and reward cycle by preparing, analyzing and communicating data in line with the Global BST People and Talent Director for BST X. - Preparing and distributing salary review and year-end bonus communications in line with local HR teams. General HR Responsibilities & ad-hoc HR projects : - Collaborate with Core BCG HR Business Partners, People Development, People Operations, L&D, and Recruiting to ensure cross-utilization of information and implement solutions for a scaling business. - Provide hands-on team support and expertise by leveraging broader BCG resources to implement HR initiatives. - Manage special projects as assigned including (but not limited to) mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, talent management, etc. in line with local core BCG initiatives. - Monitors morale and affiliation through recurring pulse checks and reach out to teams - proactively identify themes and propose strategic solutions. - Support integration and overall coordination of different teams across BCG X ensuring the best experience for the work, team, and culture. - Support communication HR strategy in APAC to build strong culture consistent with BCG standards and people strategies. - Other HR projects as assigned. Advanced degree preferred. - 5+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role Experience : - Demonstrated prior experience in a similar generalist type role with a minimum of 12+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment. - Strong administration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
