Description:


- Lead the telesales team and manage daily outbound calling operations.

- Set and monitor individual calls & sales targets and team sales targets.

- Support team members on live calls to close sales and resolve client queries when needed.

- Maintain high call quality and adherence to sales systems.

- Ensure that each Sales Agent is coached on How to sell our online product & services.

- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings to track progress & plan instant actions.

- Identify performance gaps and provide individual coaching to improve results.

- Motivate the team to achieve business goals & a positive work culture.

- Report sales performance and implement feedback & ideas for growth.

- Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service.

- Drive inside sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.

- Monitor sales KPIs, track pipeline progress, and provide detailed performance reports.

- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand customer base.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to meet collective and individual goals.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training to enhance selling skills.

- Ensure the team follows standardized sales processes and maintains CRM hygiene.

- Drive a performance-oriented culture, encouraging ownership and accountability.

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination within the team.

- Evaluate existing processes and introduce improvements for better efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure timely creation of proposals, quotations, and presentations.

- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, emailers, lead generation activities, and events.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecast reports.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.

- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize deadlines.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
