We deliver an integrated solution that brings together four core product categories:
AI Marketing Manager: Automates lead capture, omnichannel campaigns, and lifecycle messaging for member growth and retention.
Operations Management: Centralizes scheduling, memberships, billing, payroll, and reporting in a modular workflow.
Member Experience: Powers branded websites, apps, and self check-in for seamless digital journeys.
The Role:
- Serve as a strategic and executional force for product velocity, design, and engineering alignment
- Act as a stop-gap/pod leader for business-critical product pods that lack dedicated leads
- Own cross-functional product leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Ops
- Drive hiring and team building across product, design, and engineering
- Maintain founder-level ownership, balancing strategy and tactical player-coach execution
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and market differentiation strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and whitespace
- Define product positioning and robust prioritization frameworks (RICE, value vs. effort, etc.)
- Own the 0-to-1 product building and product-led growth (PLG) strategy
Product Velocity & Operational Excellence:
- Set and track velocity metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, feature delivery rate, time-to-market, bugs per feature)
- Eliminate bottlenecks in design, engineering, and product operations through process optimization and analytics
- Build and maintain product dashboards, ops systems, and analytics infrastructure for data-driven decision-making
- Establish quality, speed, and collaboration rituals across product pods
Engineering & Design Alignment:
- Establish tight alignment between design and engineering, ensuring smooth hand-offs, reduced rework, and consistent output quality
- Lead design and engineering collaboration rituals, reviews, and continuous improvement on specs-to-shipping processes
- Set and enforce standards for UI/UX quality, technical documentation, and architecture
Interim Pod Leadership & Team Building:
- Step in as interim pod lead to drive end-to-end roadmap, scoping, sprint planning, and feature delivery in pods lacking full-time leaders
- Own hiringcreate scorecards, source candidates, interview, and mentor product/design/engineering talent
- Develop and institutionalize product team rituals, documentation, onboarding, and career frameworks.
