Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and detail-driven Head of Quality to spearhead our enterprise-wide quality and business excellence initiatives. This strategic leadership role is critical in translating Bonito's brand promise into operational excellence ensuring every space we design and deliver upholds the highest standards of craftsmanship, process rigor, and customer experience.

The Head of Quality will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality strategy, establish ISO 9001-compliant systems, and drive scalable Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks. Leveraging Industry 4.0 methodologies, they will champion digital transformation across all facets of the business from design thinking to on-site execution.

A key focus will be on building a culture of quality across Bonito through continuous reinforcement, proactive engagement, and robust training programs. This leader will ensure every process, product, and partner is aligned with our commitment to helping every Indian home Live Beautiful, even as we grow at scale in a fast-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

This role drives day-to-day business performance by coordinating across all retail centers/branches, streamlining processes, and delivering accurate sales forecasts. The position partners closely with the CSO to convert strategy into operational excellence, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Coordination:

- Act as the primary interface between the CSO's office and all branches/centers to ensure alignment on targets, priorities, and execution.

- Conduct regular branch sync-ups, performance reviews, and site visits to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

2. Process Optimization:

- Map and improve end-to-end sales & operations processes (order-to-cash, inventory allocation, incentive payout, etc.).

- Implement SOPs, checklists, and automation tools to boost productivity and reduce manual work.

3. Sales Forecasting & Planning:

- Own the monthly/quarterly forecasting cycle: gather inputs, validate assumptions, and deliver accurate forecasts.

- Build and maintain dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and variance analysis.

4. Performance Management:

- Design and drive sales KPI frameworks (ASP, sell-through, GM, conversion rate, etc.).

- Coach branch/center managers on performance gaps, data insights, and best practices.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and marketing to align inventory, promotions, budgets, and demand planning.

- Facilitate joint business reviews and data-driven decision-making.

6. Strategic Initiatives:

- Identify and execute growth levers (new channel rollout, upsell/cross-sell programs, market expansion).

- Support the CSO in special initiatives such as market entry, pricing pilots, digital transformation, and efficiency projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 8-12 years in retail, edutech, interiors, BFSI, or related industries, with 3-5 years in a senior operations or sales performance role.

- Skill Set: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Process Expertise: Strong understanding of order-to-cash, demand planning, and sales operations workflows.

- Leadership: Proven ability to influence and coordinate multi-location teams and senior stakeholders.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience reporting directly to a Chief Sales Officer or equivalent leader.

- Demonstrated ability to improve forecast accuracy by 10% or more and deliver measurable operational efficiency gains.

- Familiarity with retail POS, OMS, CRM systems, and performance management tools.
