Job Description - Program Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical Program Manager in Sales Strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for driving business growth by transforming data into actionable insights. The role should develop the annual operating plan, establish performance KPIs, optimize sales processes, and manage key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is an expert in business analysis who can effectively translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

- Provide insights on developing framework for Annual Operating Plans & budgets via extensive market research, trend analysis growth prediction.

- Establish KPIs to track efficiency & effectiveness of interventions/schemes to achieve desired velocity, penetration and expansion of each sourcing lever optimising for Average Customer Value and Customer Acquisition cost.

- Analyse pipeline and business performance against targets to identify issues affecting the business on weekly & monthly basis. Propose actionable recommendations basis these insights.

- Provide consumer insights to relevant teams and support in devising sales pitch, marketing strategies and communication campaigns (At ATL & BTL level).

Operations:

- Ensure authenticity and adherence of daily sales and operations data reporting.

- Establish adherence of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reporting on sales achievement, quality of sale, and cost, benchmarked against the Annual Budget.

- Collate Quarterly Sales Intelligence reports capturing movement analysis, performance of levers and Areas of Improvement.

Sales & Design's Process Optimization:

- Proactively identify and assess new opportunities across diverse customer types, sourcing channels, and market segments.

- Design and implement solutions to enhance the productivity and efficiency of Sales and Design teams.

- Lead cross-departmental coordination to streamline and optimize all processes impacting the Sales and Design workflow.

- Design, implement, and manage performance-based incentive schemes for various teams.

- Develop, document, and manage the implementation of SOPs for all sales and business processes.

- Conduct monthly audits of sales processes to ensure SOP adherence, managing the escalation and resolution of all identified issues.

- Monitor and report on key efficiency metrics per centre and per employee.

Program Management:

- Lead the program management of new campaign launches and strategic initiatives, ensuring successful rollout from Head-office to all centres.

- Ensure timely activation of all initiatives through proactive planning and effective inter-departmental coordination.

- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for centre-specific revenue improvement.

- Construct and maintain predictive models for business forecasting.

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly presentations for senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA from a Tier I/II institution is required.

- Industry: Prior experience in a related industry is a significant advantage.

- Location: Bengaluru or Mumbai

- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Skills:

- Expert proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI.

- Strategic planning capabilities with a deep understanding of key sales and management reporting tools.

- Exceptional Business and Financial acumen.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to senior leadership.
