About the Role:

The Business Head holds full P&L responsibility and complete ownership of the Businesss performance. This role drives business growth by developing and executing innovative marketing and sales strategies aligned to revenue and profitability goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develops and executes Business strategic plans based on market opportunities.

- Leads the creation and implementation of high-impact sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Oversees performance across Sales, Design, Operations, and New Product Development.

- Drives superior customer engagement and satisfaction as a core pillar of business growth.

- Builds and leads high-performing teams by recruiting, developing, and mentoring talent.

- Reviews the centre performance to manage cost and optimize efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in D2C Sales & Business Development.

- Educational Background: PG/Masters degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- Sales background in the Interior Industry will be added advantage.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
