Boni - Manager - Accounting & Finance

Role: Oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategy to ensure the organization's fiscal health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Ensure accurate accounting records and oversee month/year-end close.

- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and tax planning activities.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Requirements:

- MBA in Finance or Accounting required.

- Several years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
