Business Builder
Role: To launch and scale a new business vertical from 0 to 1. You will be the founding leader responsible for turning a strategic opportunity into a tangible, high-growth business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect the go-to-market strategy and build the operational plan for a new business vertical.
- Identify and validate new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue models.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team to execute the launch and scale the vertical.
- Take full ownership of the P&L, from initial budgeting to achieving profitability and revenue targets.
- Make data-driven decisions to iterate on the business model and accelerate growth.
Who You Are:
- 0-5 years of experience in a founder-like role, corporate venturing, business operations, or top-tier consulting.
- Proven track record of building new products, services, or business units from the ground up.
- A strategic owner with deep business acumen, capable of moving from high-level strategy to hands-on execution.
- An entrepreneurial leader who thrives in ambiguity and is driven by creating something from nothing.
- An MBA or equivalent experience is a strong plus.
