About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced International Talent Acquisition Specialist who can lead end- to- end hiring across multiple geographies, time zones, and business verticals. The ideal candidate has strong exposure to global markets (LATAM, APAC, EMEA, India), experience hiring for technical and commercial roles, and the ability to build a high- quality international talent pipeline in a fast- paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead international hiring for mid- senior level positions across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Product teams.

- Build sourcing strategies tailored to regional markets (LATAM, Brazil, EMEA, Asia, India).

- Utilise multiple platforms- LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Global, Job Boards, manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, competency mapping, interviews, assessments, negotiations, and onboarding.

- Create standardised evaluation frameworks for international roles (skills, cultural fit, market- specific expectations).

- Maintain strong talent pipelines for niche roles in agriculture machinery, OPE, industrial machinery, and global B2B sales.

- Partner closely with global business heads, regional managers, and leadership teams to understand manpower requirements.

- Drive structured weekly hiring reviews and present analytics- driven hiring updates.

- Align hiring timelines and expectations depending on country- specific market

- Strengthen the company's employer brand across global markets through high- quality communication and candidate experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop recruitment campaigns, LinkedIn content, and role- specific promotions.

- Ensure compliance with country- specific employment regulations, documentation requirements, and contract standards.

- Coordinate with legal and HR operations for international offer letters, work arrangements, and relocation guidelines (if applicable).

- Track and optimize KPIs: time- to- hire, cost- per- hire, offer- to- join ratio, and global pipeline health.

- Continuously improve hiring workflows and recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7- 10 years of experience in international recruitment or global talent acquisition.

- Experience hiring across LATAM, EMEA, Asia, or global emerging markets (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of sales, technical, engineering, and operational roles- preferably in Agriculture Machinery, Industrial Machinery, OPE, or Manufacturing sectors.

- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.

- Hands- on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and global sourcing tools.

- Ability to work in a fast- paced, multicultural, high- growth environment.

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
