About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Brand Manager to build, strengthen, and evolve the Bonhoeffer Machines brand across key markets. You will be responsible for developing brand strategy and positioning, driving awareness, improving customer perception and engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the brand strategy in alignment with business goals and global brand identity.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and identify opportunities.
Marketing & Execution
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, BTL/ATL).
- Lead the development of creative assets, ad campaigns, website messaging, and promotional materials.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Channel, Digital) to ensure consistent brand communication.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance; track KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation).
- Analyze consumer insights, trends and use data to optimize brand activities.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage brand marketing budgets, media spends, and agency/vendor relationships.
- Ensure cost-effective planning and execution with impact measurement.
Stakeholder Communication
- Work closely with leadership to communicate strategy and results.
- Coordinate with international teams for aligned global-local brand initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in industrial, automotive or B2B sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and campaign performance measurement.
- Creative, proactive, results-driven, and excellent collaborator.
