- Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline across multiple functions and levels.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage hiring from entry-level to senior roles with seamless execution.
- Headhunting: Target passive talent for strategic and niche roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Cold Calling: Engage potential candidates regularly for current and future openings.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Drive balanced offer closures that satisfy both candidate and company.
- High-Volume Hiring: Deliver recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously with speed and precision.
- Onboarding & HR Operations: Support onboarding and generalist HR functions including employee engagement.
Skills & Proficiency:
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; confident in stakeholder interactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage expectations and build trust.
- Negotiation: Skilled in closing offers and managing candidate expectations.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate handling of candidate data and recruitment metrics.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-12 years in recruitment, with a strong record in high-volume hiring.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Tools: Proficient in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms; familiarity with Keka HRIS is a plus.
- Education: MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or equivalent qualification.
Role Composition:
- Recruitment Focus: 80%.
