JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company's guidelines and management processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the organization's goals and values. 2. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements 3. Recruit, screen, and hire new employees, and oversee the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 4. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and performance management. 5. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness. 6. Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support career growth and performance improvement. 7. Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data. 8. Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment success rates, and training program effectiveness. 9. Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services to the organization. 10. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational goals. MANDATORY SKILLS 1. Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. 3. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 5. Experience with HR software and systems. 6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 7. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 8.
