Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead the organization's technology infrastructure, information security, and data privacy initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems while driving technology governance and compliance across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and data protection, while also identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve business efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build a secure, resilient, and future-ready technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, end-user computing, and enterprise applications.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all business-critical systems and technology platforms.

- Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks to support business operations and growth.

- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including threat monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, endpoint security, and access controls.

- Drive data privacy and information security compliance by establishing and enforcing best practices around data handling, storage, access, and protection.

- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, IT procurement, and technology contracts to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization.

- Establish disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and risk management processes to safeguard business operations.

- Partner with business teams to identify technology needs and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity and collaboration.

- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

- Own and strengthen the organization's IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Data Privacy, Process Governance, and AI-enabled technology initiatives and lead IT audits, security assessments, compliance reviews, and remediation programs as required.

- Provide leadership and guidance to IT support teams and external technology partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and service excellence.

Key Requirements:

- 10-12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise IT Management roles.

- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, networking, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and enterprise systems.

- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks, security operations, risk management, and incident response.

- Strong understanding of data privacy principles, governance, compliance requirements, and security best practices.

- Experience managing IT vendors, technology budgets, software licensing, and infrastructure projects.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms, identity and access management, endpoint security, and enterprise collaboration tools.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.

- Exposure to AI, automation platforms, AI governance, or enterprise AI implementation initiatives is a strong plus.

- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer-focused organizations is preferred.
