Role Overview:
Bombae is looking for a consumer-obsessed Category & Marketing Manager to scale our next generation of products. This is an end-to-end leadership role where you will own the P&L and the brand's voice. We need a strategist who can translate raw consumer data into a winning go-to-market strategy and lead the execution that turns first-time buyers into brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own growth and profitability across D2C and Marketplaces; lead pricing, portfolio strategy, and market research.
- Collaborate with R&D and Design to build and launch a high-impact product roadmap leading to increase in reach. (NPD).
- Execute full-funnel campaigns across digital, influencer, and CRM; define positioning and creative inputs for performance teams.
- Lead end-to-end launch strategies, including packaging, USPs, channel rollout, and marketplace visibility.
- Translate data into business decisions and sync with Supply Chain, Sales, and Tech to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skillset:
- An MBA graduate with 4-5 years of experience in the personal care/wellness category or brand management within FMCG or a leading startup.
- Proven success in launching or scaling product categories in D2C and e-commerce environments.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Sharp creative judgment and ability to brief and evaluate marketing assets.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Consumer-first thinking with an instinct for innovation and disruption.
