Job Description : FP&A Manager

Reporting to: VP Finance
Role Overview:
- The FP&A Manager will own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across channels and categories.
- This role partners closely with leadership to drive data-backed decisions and build a scalable finance backbone for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario models.
- Track weekly and monthly performance versus plan at company, channel, and category levels.
- Prepare sharp MIS packs for leadership and board discussions.
- Analyze contribution margins, EBITDA, operating leverage, and fixed cost absorption.
- Act as a business finance partner to sales, category, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards for revenue, margins, inventory turns, fill rate, and working capital.
- Identify cost leakages and margin expansion opportunities.
- Support pricing decisions, promotions, and new product launch economics.
- Improve forecast accuracy and establish a strong planning cadence.
- Support ERP and finance system implementations from an FP&A perspective.
Requirements:
- CA or MBA in Finance preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance.
- Experience in D2C, ecommerce, retail, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business actions.
- Comfort working with large datasets and fast decision cycles.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity.
