Role Overview:
The Management Trainee program at Boldfit is designed to groom high-potential individuals into future business leaders. The selected candidate will undergo structured training across key functions such as Supply Chain, Performance Marketing, Category Management, Operations, and Finance.
This role demands analytical thinking, strong execution capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced D2C and marketplace-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in business planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination
- Analyze sales, inventory, and campaign performance data
- Support supply chain planning and vendor coordination
- Work closely with performance marketing team to track ROAS and campaign outcomes
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Prepare business reports and management dashboards
- Take ownership of assigned live projects
What We Are Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset and execution ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Fast learner with adaptability in a startup environment
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA / BBA / Engineering / Commerce background
- Strong interest in D2C, eCommerce, or Consumer Brands
- Prior internship experience in startups or consumer brands is a plus
