Role Overview:
NOTE : Education: MBA from IIM (mandatory)
As part of the Founder's Office, you will work closely with the Founder & Executive Leadership Team on high-impact strategic initiatives. You will act as a force multiplier-driving business performance, building strategic plans, conducting research, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. This role demands a sharp thinker, problem-solver, and go-getter who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Projects: Drive special initiatives and high-impact cross-functional projects directly aligned with the founder's vision.
- Business Analysis: Conduct deep business research, financial modeling, and competitor benchmarking to aid decision-making.
- Founder Support: Prepare business presentations, dashboards, and investor decks; track critical tasks and priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify business bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and work with teams to resolve them.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor key business KPIs and suggest improvement plans.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- MBA from IIM (mandatory) - Tier-1 business school only.
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, growth, or founder's office roles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong business acumen.
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
