We're now looking for a passionate D2C leader to take our direct-to-consumer channel to the next level.
Role Overview:
As the D2C Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and performance across Boldfit's owned website. You will lead strategies that enhance customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate is a growth hacker at heart, with a strong understanding of Shopify, performance marketing, CRO, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of Boldfit's D2C website
- Drive traffic and conversions through data-backed marketing and UX decisions
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize ad funnels, landing pages, and retargeting strategies
- Improve on-site user experience, navigation, merchandising, and mobile responsiveness
- Optimize website performance using A/B testing and heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize)
- Work with content, design, and tech teams to build new features and high-converting product pages
- Define D2C KPIs (CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV, Bounce Rate, etc.) and deliver weekly/monthly reports
- Partner with supply chain and ops teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery experiences
- Implement CRM strategies to improve repeat purchase rates, upsell/cross-sell flows, and email automation
- Evaluate and manage 3rd-party tech tools, apps, and plugins to scale operations efficiently
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience managing D2C platforms, preferably in consumer or wellness brands
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with funnel optimization and CRO
- Proven ability to scale revenue and reduce acquisition cost across channels
- Experience working with product, tech, and marketing teams in a fast-paced startup
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and building brands that truly connect with customers
