Bolden Ventures - Co-founder/Chief Operating Officer

About the company: Bolden's Prizom, is a social impact venture that supports farmers with the global marketing of trending superfoods. Prizom is an entity of Bolden Ventures Private Limited which was Founded in 2015 by a McKinsey & Company alumnus. We have most of the lisences and permissions in place, and marketing materials ready. We need someone to lead the operations as the co-founder and COO.

Role: Lead the company level operations end to end raging from product sourcing, certifications, quality, logistics to recruitment - with the help of a competent team.

- Search and evaluate the suppliers of organic ginger, turmeric, and fenugreek etc across India.

- Find and develop farmer cooperatives and processing units for sourcing

- Travel to farmer sites, factories to evaluate and finalize suppliers

- Help farmers groups with setting up of micro processing units and help them with government subsidies and schemes

- Certification and licencing: Support the farmer groups and Prizom with getting the relevant certifications like organic, EU Organic, FSSAI, HACCP etc

- Quality parameters: Ensure products meet international noms, and set-up product level quality parameters and testing requirements for EU, USA, and Japan

- Executive all of the above with the help of junior teammates that you hire under yourself
