Job overview:

As a Head - Sales & Business Development, you will lead the entire sales & business development strategies for the organisation, from developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive strategies to drive revenue, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads or sales. You will work closely with the founding team in designing and driving the sales numbers for the organisation.

What will you do? (Responsibilities):

You will be leading and ensuring the execution of the following responsibilities:

- End-to-end responsibility for driving the organisation's sales function

- Working with management in setting up the goals/targets for the product

- Working with the marketing team in formulating the sales strategy

- Working on the strategies to achieve the company's business goals, which include leasing the machines as well as consumables

- Forecasting overall sales performance and achieving the same

- Setting up the sales organisation from scratch by hiring and retaining rthe ight talent

- Ability to identify various potential segments for the product and come up with a strategy to cover each of such segments

- Ensuring the right pricing strategy to achieve the revenue and profitability targets

- Setting up appropriate distribution channels from scratch to cater to the identified segments

- The initial target is to cover the reach across Mumbai, and when required going across the nation as well

- Ready to travel to multiple locations whenever it is required

What do we need? (Requirements):

- Master's degree in Business Management / Sales from top-tier institutes

- Experience in heading the business development/ sales for the entire organisation for Pan India business or a particular region like West, East, North & South.

- Experience in setting up distribution channels from scratch

- Good corporate and institutional networking skills in covering target segments

- Worked with promoters and identified future business opportunities and participated in strategic decision-making of the company

- Willing to travel across the country for business requirements
