
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project & Delivery Management
- Run daily huddles and weekly review meetings
- Plan, track, and close sprints with clear timelines and outcomes
- Ensure on-time delivery of all tech projects
- Maintain ClickUp/Jira dashboards for task flow and dependency tracking
2. Business Requirements - Tech Specifications
- Convert Dubai team's inputs into structured BRDs
- Write user stories, workflows, edge cases, acceptance criteria
- Break down business problems into executable technical steps
- Ensure clarity before development begins
3. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with multiple tech vendors
- Review progress, negotiate timelines, escalate delays
- Track vendor SLAs and performance weekly
- Ensure vendors provide documentation for every release
4. QC Management
Since QC is outsourced, this role will:
- Coordinate with the external QC team
- Share requirements, scenarios, test cases as needed
- Review QC reports and validate final acceptance
- Ensure fixes are completed before go-live
- Ensure smooth handover between Dev - QC - UAT - Production
5. Tech Stack Oversight
(Not technical execution - but operational ownership)
- PMS (Beds24)
- CRM & Automations (Zoho, WhatsApp workflows)
- OTA integrations
- Nerve Center data flow coordination
- API / webhook based integrations
- Suggest improvements and help shape the roadmap
6. Cross-Department Alignment
- Work with Reservations, Revenue, OA, Operations, and Dubai leadership
- Convert team needs into structured tasks
- Track change requests and ensure timely rollout
- Provide status updates and dependency mapping
