About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor (CA qualified) to join our finance team.

The role involves evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a deep understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits across various functions and departments.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

- Identify risks and propose preventive measures.

- Assist in designing and implementing audit plans based on risk assessments.

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.

- Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen overall governance.

- Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 5-7 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or statutory audit (Big 4 experience is a plus).

- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles (IND AS/IFRS), and internal controls.

- Excellent communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and audit tools (knowledge of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is a plus).
