To learn more, visit www.bluestone.com RESPONSIBILITIES: - Scale the production capacity to 10x (current ~ 300 Million USD) - Build the team to support the scale of operation - Manage the manufacturing units on daily basis to meet the business requirement - Enhance the work environment and retention rates for the workforce - Maintain cost advantages wrt to outsourcing JOB EXPECTATIONS: - Devise the capacity expansion plan and ensure timely execution - Manage 99%+ up-time of sub processes at all manufacturing units - Manage and ensure local compliances including ESG - Ensure well being of workers and enhance working environment for workers PAST EXPERIENCE: - 12-18 years of experience in manufacturing. Experience in managing large scale manufacturing plants and blue collared workers.
