Position Overview
Were looking for a Marketing Manager/lead who combines creativity, leadership, and digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI tools, and a passion for storytelling, branding, and growth marketing.
Youll work closely with the founding team, lead our SMO and SEO initiatives, and play a key role in building KickCalls global brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SMO (Social Media Optimization) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) teams
- Plan, create, and execute creative digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Jasper, etc.) to enhance productivity and creativity
- Develop high-quality content for social media, blogs, and marketing assets
- Drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple digital platforms
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams for landing pages and campaigns
- Explore opportunities for podcasts, brand interviews, or video content (a big plus)
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or SMO
- Strong creative mindset with leadership potential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools
- Podcasting or video content creation experience is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and initiative
