Description:
Contribute in Superior Project Delivery by providing necessary inputs related to modern execution practices and resource mobilization to ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Staffing:
Ensure right staffing at sites, monitoring manpower at critical sites, (both workmen and supervisory), developing labour camps to augment the capacity.
Execution Productivity:
Ensure timely release of Work Orders and release / revise standard rates for all trades and implement across projects including deploying modern construction equipment at all sites.
Skilling:
- Foreman Cadre building, up-skilling the Project associates with Business handling programs, supervisory training to improve execution skills and workmen training.
- Productivity programs for Project associates & supervisors.
- and role adherence training for all FTEs.
Project Associate Profitability:
Audits & Safety Practices:
- Review the monthly invoicing of the contractors/subcontractors.
- Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors and enforce corrective/improvement measures.
