Job Description.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools like MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, or Jira.

- Lead and manage cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to launch.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate regular project reviews and stakeholder communication.

- Support implementation and compliance with ISO IMS standards.

- Collaborate with product management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project success.

- Utilize PLM systems (Windchill / Teamcenter / Dassault) for product lifecycle tracking and documentation.

Your success is grounded in:

- BE / Diploma Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics with 5-12 years experience.

- Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.

- PMP or CAPM certification is mandatory.

- Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, Jira.

- Experience with PLM systems: Windchill, Teamcenter, Dassault.

- Familiarity with ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Proactive and self-driven with a focus on results.
