Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and smooth functioning of analytics platforms across multiple sales channels.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all field-related concerns regarding analytics tools and systems.
- Build and maintain strong governance mechanisms to ensure efficient and compliant operations of analytics platforms.
- Conduct periodic on-ground checks to assess system accuracy, performance, and adoption.
- Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen engagement with channel partners.
- Acquire and manage data from primary and secondary sources to support analytics needs.
- Ensure high-quality input data is consistently fed into the data warehouse.
- Engage with channel partners to resolve issues, gather feedback, and understand market dynamics.
- Perform regular market visits to identify real-time challenges and improvement areas.
- Ensure timely communication of incentives and schemes, aligned with performance metrics and disbursement cycles.
- Visit distributors experiencing integration or platform-related challenges, based on BM recommendation.
- Prepare and share MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for Business Managers (BMs) and Regional Managers (RMs) as required.

Academic Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 to 6 years of experience
- B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA (IT/Computers/Commerce)
