Blue Kaktus - Implementation Lead - PLM - Apparel/Retail Domain

BlueKaktus is hiring an Implementation Lead with strong PLM expertise, preferably from the apparel and retail domain. This role will own solution design and the end-to-end rollout of BlueKaktus' supply chain applications for enterprise clients in India and global markets, leading cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-impact, outcome-driven implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a domain, product & process SME, partnering closely with clients to deliver impactful solutions.

- Lead business requirement analysis, solution mapping and product implementation for enterprise clients.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery , planning, execution, testing, go-live and post-implementation support.

- Configure applications, manage integrations & customizations in collaboration with Product & Tech teams.

- Own client communication, governance forums, reviews, escalations and sign-offs.

- Conduct user trainings, UATs and pilots to ensure smooth adoption and value realization.

- Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants across projects.

- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, change management and stakeholder alignment.

- Track financial milestones, support invoicing, collections and manage change requests.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, sponsors and core client teams.

- Ensure on-time, within-budget go-lives.

- Drive change management and adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Up to 6 years of experience, with 3+ years in management consulting / client-facing project roles

- Minimum 2 years of PLM experience (mandatory).

- SaaS experience - desirable.

- Industry exposure to Apparel /Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle (mandatory).
