Job Description : 1. Work in close coordination with the CFO, promoters to evaluate the strategic and operational direction of the organization in terms of long term and short term borrowing/ finances etc. 2. Create financial plans, track cash flows and analyse the organization's financial strengths, weaknesses and propose corrective actions 3. Ensure financial discipline through a strict credit control, developing, implementing an effective financial management information systems and designing robust standard operating procedures 4. Develop and maintain budgeting, budgetary control systems to ensure an efficient and effective management of funds and achievement of business plans. Provide financial analysis and management reporting to enable strategic decision making 5. Formulate and implement financial policies with CFO to improve the financial position of the company along with enhancing shareholder value 6. Manage financial planning, credit control, monitor budgets, coordinate financing, fund raising, monitor expenditures, liquidity, manage investment, taxation issues and provide timely financial data to the CEO and promoter group 7. Develop and execute cost-cutting strategies to streamline processes and provide suggestions to increase revenue by reviewing annual financial reports 8. Define procurement management process and monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely procurement planning, vendor management, cash procurement and contracting 9. Evaluate organizational risks while challenging internal audit teams to ensure that the financial strategy 10. Collaborate with the CFO and Corporate Planning Head in planning the overall corporate strategy of the organization 11. Oversee the capital structure of the entire organization and take decisions regarding debt or equity financing 12. Recognize and steer ideas which lead to automation of financial business processes and systems in finance 13. Manage investor relations and be the face of the organization in shareholder meetings and key analyst presentations; Serve as a representative of the organization to third party investors and bankers
