You will also act as an interface between the Operations and Finance teams to drive growth as per long term objectives Key Responsibilities: - Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the region by providing mid-mile, last-mile and fulfilment solutions. - Incubate and scale early stage customers for maximizing revenue potential. - Execute action plans for self. - Ensure cross functional co-ordination for smooth onboarding of customer and creation of seamless customer experience. - Act as the 'voice of customer' with operations, product management and customer success teams to deliver the best customer experience. - Timely collection and follow up on critical outstanding payments. - Maximize the utility of CRM tools for data analysis and deep selling.
